Eligibility: Candidates expected to graduate from a four-year university or graduate school.
Job Type:Mechanical/Erectrical Design Positions
Starting Salary: Bachelor’s degree \244,500 (as of April 2025)
Allowances:
Commuting allowance (up to ¥50,000/month)
Overtime allowance
Family allowance
Retirement benefit system available
Salary Review: Once a year (April)
Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December)
Holidays: 120 days annually (based on company calendar)
Includes year-end/New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, childcare leave, etc.
Paid Leave: 10 days granted in the first year (up to 20 days per year)
Work Location:
19 Nanatsuno-tsubo, Kōtari, Nagaokakyō-shi, Kyoto, Japan
Working Hours:
8:25 AM – 5:30 PM (65-minute break, 8 hours actual work time)
Transfers: None
Department Transfers: None (with exceptions only when requested)

Commuting by personal car or motorcycle is allowed
Enrollment in social insurance
